These Rare Geckos are all unique. They’re high-quality NFTs that have been made from scratch. They’re not derivatives of any existing projects. Each of these geckos has their own properties and various characteristics (see below)—they’re truly one-of-a-kind. This collection will have a total of 11,011 randomly generated geckos. Legendary geckos will also be released.

If you’re unfamiliar with what NFTs are, here is an NFT video explanation. If a team deploys their NFTs through a smart contract (such as Rare Geckos), then there are two ways in which you can mint/purchase those NFTs: 1) Minting an NFT through your cryptocurrency wallet (e.g., MetaMask) or 2) Minting an NFT directly through the smart contract itself. Once NFTs are minted they’re then viewable on marketplaces such as OpenSea and can be resold.
